李宏建
个人简介

李宏建

博士, 博士生导师, 二级教授,“531”人才。

近年来,主讲《电动力学》、《光电显示技术》、《凝聚态物理专题》及《光谱学与光谱分析》等课程;主要从事微纳光电子材料与器件、纳米银透明导电薄膜、太阳能电池电极材料以及有机电致发光器件等方面的研究;主持多项科研课题,在国际重要期刊发表SCI论文100多篇。现担任湖南省光电学会理事、湖南省物理学会理事及《光谱学与光谱分析》(SCI、 EI收录) 期刊编委,为国家自然科学基金/中国博士后基金/全国优秀博士学位论文同行评议专家以及多种中外期刊审稿人。


本科研团队一直致力于研发ITO替代材料-纳米银线导电膜,以期突破目前显示终端触摸屏行业发展的瓶颈。自2012年与湖南新鼎盛电子科技有限公司密切合作,在中南大学成立鼎盛光电(中南大学)研发中心,在企业建立产学研基地,申请的湖南省工程技术中心已于2016年7月获得批准。本团队成功制备出直径为10到60nm的纳米银线,长径比达1:100,采用独有的分散技术,解决了工业生产中纳米银团聚的难题。与中国航天集团乐凯华光印刷科技有限公司开展深度合作,利用其先进的印刷设备与工艺,成功开发出“华光”牌纳米银线膜胶片。该胶片具有导电性好、透光度高、可绕性好、性能稳定、生产工艺简单等优点,可实现大面积印刷。目前,纳米银线膜胶片已实现批量生产,采用纳米银线制造的大型触摸显示屏已经实现50000多平方的销售。
