刘小良
个人简介

刘小良,男,1966年9月生,教授,博士,中南大学先进材料超微结构与超快过程研究所表面组成员,美国罗切斯特大学访问学者。1988年湖南师范大学物理系本科毕业,获理学学士学位;1988年6月-2000年9月在中等师范学校任教12年;2003年6月,湖南师范大学理论物理专业硕士研究生毕业,获理学硕士学位;2006年12月,中南大学材料物理与化学专业博士研究生毕业,获工学博士学位;2010年10月,中南大学冶金科学与工程博士后出站。2004年6月至今,中南大学物理与电子学院教师;2013年5月-2014年5月,美国罗切斯特大学物理与天文学院访问学习。讲授《固体物理》、《量子力学》、《电动力学》、《大学物理》等本科生课程及硕士研究生《固体理论》、博士研究生《凝聚态理论》等课程,是国家级精品资源共享课、国家级精品课程《固体物理》的主讲教师。多年来从事有机半导体器件表面、界面问题研究及低维无序系统中电荷输运性质的理论研究,主持过国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后基金、湖南省自然科学基金(两项)及其他科研和教改项目,参与包括国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的科研项目多项。在Org. Electron., Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Phys. Chem. C, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., Phys. Rev. D, J. Appl. Phys., Phys. Lett. A 等国内外著名刊物上发表学术论文50余篇,其中高被引论文2篇。
