袁小明
个人简介

袁小明

1987年出生,博士,特聘副教授,高等研究中心特聘副研究员。

博士期间跟随Chennupati Jagadish院士研究III-V族纳米线生长。2015年获得中国留学生自费奖,2016年毕业于澳大利亚国立大学。主要从事二维材料,以及III-V族(GaAs, InP and etc.) 光电纳米材料的单晶合成与表征,纳米半导体超微超快光学研究,纳米光电器件制备等研究。在专业国际权威期刊Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,最高影响因子IF:18.9。
