袁小明
个人简介

袁小明

1987年出生,博士,特聘副教授,高等研究中心特聘副研究员。

2005-2011年在中南大学完成本科及硕士教育;2011年-2016年在澳大利亚国立大学跟随Chennupati Jagadish院士攻读博士学位。2015年获得中国留学生自费奖,2016年毕业于澳大利亚国立大学。主要从事纳米、量子结构的设计及精确外延生长、晶体生长机理、单光子结构设计、电化学催化及传感器的研究。目前在国际权威期刊Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials等学术期刊上发表论文20余篇,最高影响因子IF:18.9。担任Nano Letters等顶级期刊的审稿人。研究合作者分布在加拿大、美国、西班牙、澳大利亚等国家。与澳大利亚建立了定期交流访问的合作机制。

研究课题组气氛活跃,热爱探索新知识并一究到底。希望能找到志同道合的人一起进行一场研究的旅行。期待各位博士生、硕士生及本科生的加入。

1. 低维量子结构在量子信息、量子计算机的应用研究。

进入21世界,研究从纳米科技逐渐过渡到量子时代。摩尔定律的失效,小于10nm芯片的问世,都已经接近传统计算机的极限。量子时代悄然来临。英特尔,微软,IBM,三星等大型企业不约而同逐渐量子计算机研究团队。量子通讯、量子计算机即将不是科幻而在这个世纪中叶成为现实。我们都将荣幸地见证这一伟大变革时代的到来。我希望能为推动这个领域得发展做出自己的贡献。在低维二维材料、量子半导体中实现高亮度稳定的单光子、量子纠缠态光子源。利用量子光学计算设计单光子源的量子结构并使用尖端科技实现低维量子结构材料,最终实现量子信号源的尖端突破。


2. 外延生长纳米半导体以制备高精度传感器、柔性电子器件。

智能家居以及各类美好生活愿景的需求是各类型传感器、新型电子器件成为未来生活的必需品。项目组计划使用化学气相沉积、有机金属气相外延生长、脉冲激光沉积系统多位一体进行纳米材料(如石墨烯、二维材料、氧化物、III-V族半导体等)全方位设计与合成。探索各类型半导体的生长机制,从下至上,从原子尺度到宏观尺度掌握晶体的生长机制。利用计算和精确实验搭建纳米材料与性能之间联系的桥梁,掌握背后的物理知识,设计并制备各类新奇的传感器。
